All return requests must be logged within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order details and reason for return. All requests are subject to assessment and approval by DTS.
If you receive a product that is faulty or not functioning as intended, please notify us within 7 days.
DTS will assess the item and, where applicable, facilitate repair, replacement, or further action in line with the manufacturer’s warranty and policies.
If you have received an incorrect item or wish to return an unwanted product, please log a return request within 7 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Approval of these returns is at the discretion of DTS.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days and provide supporting images of the packaging and product.
DTS will investigate the claim and liaise with the courier where necessary before confirming the next steps.
All return shipping costs are for the customer’s account. DTS does not cover courier fees for returning items unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please note that many of our products are supplied by third-party brands and manufacturers.
Manufacturer warranty terms, return policies, and conditions will take precedence over any DTS policy. All returns and outcomes are therefore subject to these external terms and conditions.
All returned items will be inspected by DTS. Approval, repair, replacement, or rejection of a return will be based on the condition of the item and compliance with the relevant policies.
