Placing Your Order

All orders are placed online through our website. Once your order is successfully submitted, you will receive confirmation with an Order Number and our team will begin processing it as quickly as possible.

Order Fulfilment

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Please note that some electronic equipment may be in stock and available immediately, while other items may need to be ordered in from our brand suppliers.

In these cases, DTS will keep you informed and do everything possible to ensure the shortest turnaround time. Lead times may vary depending on supplier availability.

Delivery

We make use of The Courier Guy for nationwide deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel size.

Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

• City (local): 1–2 working days
• National delivery: 2–3 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
Parcel tracking can be found at : https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track Tracking number will be stated on your Order Confirmation.

Self Collection

Customers are welcome to select Self Collection at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will notify you with collection details and timing.
This option is only available in the Free State area.
